This artwork is part of a series inspired by the timeless Persian mystical verse: “I am drunk with the wine of love; I shall never return to ordinary awareness.” Although every piece in the collection features the same calligraphic text, each one is distinguished by its own colors, textures, and atmosphere, offering a unique visual interpretation of the same spiritual message.

In this version, the dark background and radiant golden halo create a striking contrast between silence and illumination. They suggest the soul’s passage through inner darkness into the light of divine love. The whirling dervish, the flowing calligraphy, and the expressive brushwork merge into a single movement, dissolving the boundaries between poetry, image, and spiritual experience.
